As the Project Manager of Adversify Agency, I orchestrated the development of a comprehensive 360 Marketing Campaign, including a social media brief for Apple Music's TikTok Channel, resulting in the successful transition of Apple Music TikTok  Collaborating closely with Brand Managers. I ensured the achievement of client objectives and deadlines, which entailed delivering compelling presentations on our weekly client calls with Adversify's strategy, creative, and account departments to Apple's MarCom team and later a live presentation to those professionals at Apple's Headquarters in Cupertino, CA. I guided the execution of the Gen-Z and POC-focused social brief for Apple Music's TikTok channel by adeptly making creative suggestions, incorporating client feedback, establishing clear goals, and facilitating effective time management. Leveraging project management tools such as Asana and daily "stand-ups" check-ins, I ensured seamless coordination and communication.
